Hugo serves as the backbone of the production facility, managing and overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure flawless execution and optimal workflow efficiency. He combines technical mastery with hands-on leadership to handle complex fabrications from concept to final delivery.

She is proficient in all Adobe Suite programs and excels in design. She has a solid understanding of database management and can perform data manipulation, particularly for mailing purposes.
