Customer Service Representative | CSR Print and Sign

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Allegra and Signs Now. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, eager to learn Management Information System (MIS) software, and comfortable handling front-office responsibilities. The CSR will be responsible for creating job quotes, managing customer calls, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer inquiries via phone and email, and assist with their print and sign orders.
  • Job Quotes & Estimates: Prepare accurate job quotes based on customer requirements, materials, labor costs and outside vendors.
  • MIS Software Training: Learn and utilize our MIS software for order management, tracking, and customer database management.
  • Order Processing: Enter job orders into the system, follow up on approvals, and coordinate with the production team.
  • Front Office Management: Handle walk-in clients and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Customer Follow-ups: Call customers for order updates, approvals, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions with the appropriate department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a print/sign or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new MIS software.
  • Basic quoting and pricing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
