Meet Charlie, the official Greeter at our marketing and printing company! Since starting his career in 2024, Charlie has mastered the art of welcoming coworkers, customers, and fellow furry friends with boundless enthusiasm. With his curious nose and spunky personality, he’s always ready to "assist" in solving problems or simply brightening someone’s day. Whether he’s sniffing around or making his rounds on "pawtrol," Charlie’s main goal is to ensure everyone feels right at home and leaves with a smile. Workdays are always better with Charlie on the team!

With over 35 years in the printing industry, Walter is one of the founding partners of Allegra Marketing Print Mail. His background in economics complements his leadership in customer service, human resources, and finance. Focused on delivering high-quality solutions in a constantly evolving industry, Walter has contributed to shaping industry standards by serving on several boards, including as Chair of the Allegra Network Advisory Council, representing more than 600 locations. A strong believer in giving back, Walter and the Allegra team proudly support several local charities each year. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and spending time with his four-legged sidekick, Norman. You might even catch Norm "paw-trolling" the office, making sure everyone’s having a paw-sitive day!

Brenda is one of our most experienced employees. With 35 years of experience in the printing and a creative touch that turns ideas into masterpieces, Brenda has been an integral part of Allegra since 2006. Whether it's a simple business card or a large-scale branding project, she knows the ins and outs of design and delivers with style and efficiency. Brenda’s expertise spans both the private and non-profit sectors, making her a knowledgeable partner for any printing need. In her spare time she can be found, on the run—literally! She also loves fundraising, spending quality time with her family, and spending time with her two furry sidekicks, Zoey and Charlie.

Veronica has been with Allegra since 2023. With a passion for helping customers bring their creative ideas to life, she’s dedicated to ensuring every project is seamless from start to finish. Outside of work, Veronica enjoys spending time with her dog, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new ways to stay inspired. Whether you need advice on print materials or a friendly voice to guide you through the process, Veronica is here to help!

Pattie has over 25-years handling mailing operations in the printing industry. She has strong expertise in managing the logistics of printed materials, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to clients and recipients. Starting with basic sorting and postage applications, Pattie would oversee bulk, targeted and EDDM mailings optimizing postal rates, using and implementing automated technologies to improve efficiency and turn around time. She coordinates with our print production team, troubleshooting mailing issues, and staying updated on postal regulations and industry trends.

Doug brings over 50 years of expertise in the print industry, supported by 6 years of specialized training in Graphic Arts Technician programs. His comprehensive knowledge of the entire print process ensures that Allegra consistently upholds exceptional quality and delivers orders on time. Outside of work, Doug enjoys playing and collecting guitars—he has an impressive collection of around 50—and spending time with his beloved boxer!

Larry brings over four decades of industry experience to his role, making him a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of customer needs. His ability to build long-lasting relationships is rooted in trust, respect, and loyalty. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Larry ensures every product delivered meets the highest standards of quality. He is also highly committed to meeting timelines and consistently delivers on schedule. Outside of work, Larry enjoys performance cars—especially his prized 2023 Corvette.

Erin brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital print production. She’s seen just about every kind of project imaginable — from last-minute presentations to large-format displays — and thrives on turning creative ideas into finished pieces that make people say “wow.” Known for her eye for detail and calm under pressure, Erin is passionate about quality, problem-solving, and keeping projects running smoothly, no matter the deadline. Whether she’s troubleshooting a tricky file, fine-tuning color accuracy, or helping clients bring their vision to life, she takes pride in delivering excellent results with a personal touch. When she’s not surrounded by paper, toner, and color swatches, Erin enjoys watching just about any sport, spinning her favorite records, and greeting the local wildlife in Southwest Florida. She believes life’s better with creativity, good music, and the company of curious critters.
