Our Team

Todd Hinson and his brother Mark started Allegra in 1990. He has worked in all phases of the business from production to sales. He has a passion for serving others and takes great joy in helping his clients with whatever they need. He has been active in the community serving on the boards of several organizations such as The Boys and Girls Club, Kiwanis, The American Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, and the Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife live in Nashville with their two children. He enjoys golf and Duke basketball.

Erin Gall has been a part of the Allegra team since January 2008 when she joined as an outside sales representative. She primarily works in customer service, sales, and business development within Allegra. Though she is a graduate of NC Wesleyan University and has lived in Rocky Mount for over 20 years, she is a Virginia Beach native. Erin enjoys a house full of pets, especially her little dog, Daisy. She and her husband, John, have 1 daughter.

Karen Edwards brought over 30 years of experience in printing when she came on to the Allegra team in April 2017. She is a customer service representative and account manager, who treats her customers like family. Karen and her husband, Robert, live in Rocky Mount, and she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and traveling. Karen is a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses.

Karole Miller was born and raised in New Hampshire. She received her Associates Degree in 1989 from NH Technical College and has been in printing for over 28 years. Her experience in printing is well rounded from graphic design, digital printing, bindery and customer service. She is blessed to be married for 28 years to her wonderful husband and when not at work they enjoy taking their dog Gauge with them camping. Karole officially came on board in April of 2017 where she is a wonderful customer service representative

Robert Edwards joined Allegra in April of 2017 and brought almost 20 years of experience in estimating/planning and mailing services. He is our mailing specialist and also provides support in the areas of customer service, estimating and accounts receivable. Robert graduated from East Carolina University and enjoys music, art and sports.

Phillip Stone joined the Allegra team in January of 2009. He is part of our Graphics Department and has over twenty five years experience in advertising and design. Phillip enjoys all sports, especially when the team is NC State.

Denise Sharpe became part of the Allegra family in June 2012, and with over 20 years of experience in graphic design she brings a wealth of talent to our team. She is a graduate of East Carolina University and enjoys animals. Denise and her husband, Richard, live in Rocky Mount.

Patrick Cook had worked in printing for 14 years, where he ran offset presses and worked in finishing and shipping when he joined Allegra in November 2016. He is part of the production team as a digital pressman, and helps in finishing. He and his wife, Emily, live in Rocky Mount with their two children.

Brandon is from Rocky Mount and enjoys disc golf and getting outdoors when he is away from Allegra.

Ronnie was the former owner of RTS Screen Printing in Nashville, NC. Once he sold his business to Todd in the Fall of 2021, Ronnie came to work for Allegra as our trusted delivery driver. Though his longest held title is Coach from his football days, his proudest title is that of "Pa-Pa."
