That’s why we’ve launched the FootPRINT Fund™.
The FootPRINT Fund® awards marketing communications and print services, through Allegra Marketing Print Mail, to select nonprofit organizations to help enhance their image, expand their services and extend their marketing communications and printing budgets.
PURPOSE
The FootPRINT Fund® awards print and marketing communications services through Allegra in Harrisburg, to select nonprofit organizations to help enhance their image, expand their services and extend their print and marketing communications budgets.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
The FootPRINT Fund® is available to any non-profit group, association or charitable organization in the Harrisburg area planning or needing a Marketing Project that meets the FootPRINT Fund® selection criteria.
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THE SERVICES AWARDED?
Services are awarded with a maximum value of $2,500 per organization for the award year. Marketing Services include research, consultation, planning, graphic design, online and direct mail advertising, email marketing and more. Awards to be made this year total $10,000.
WHAT KINDS OF PROJECTS CAN I APPLY FOR?
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns (Direct Mail, Online Advertising, Email Automation, The Works)
- Digital Marketing Services (Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing)
- Website Design or Redesign
- Graphic Design in Conjunction with a Marketing Project
- Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns (Exclusive of Postage)
- Customer or Client Surveys, Physical and Online
- General Marketing Consultation
- Support of Existing but Underfunded Promotional Projects
WHAT IS NOT OFFERED THROUGH FOOTPRINT FUND?
- Non-Promotional Printing and/or Mailing Services
- Reprints of Existing Promotional Collateral
- Promotional and Apparel Items

WHAT IS THE SELECTION CRITERIA?
Applications are reviewed by a panel of representatives from Allegra along with members of the local community. The panel responds in writing to all applications that are submitted in accordance with the application deadline. Organizations should not assume an award has been given until such notification. Any organization or association can apply and need not be a current customer of Allegra.
Award recipients are selected based upon how the nature of the services requested and how those services will be used to further the organization’s goals, including:
Service Expansion — Use of services to contribute to expanding an organization’s awareness or existing service projects.
Program Enhancements — Use of services to promote new programs or projects.
Leveraged Efforts — Use of services to increase the impact of other existing resources.
We’re here to help you impact the lives of others. Community support is a core value at Allegra in Harrisburg. The FootPRINT Fund® is designed to aid non-profit organizations in their quest to create lasting impressions.
We hope that the FootPRINT Fund® will help our local organizations and associations leave their “footprints” in our community through increased awareness and visibility.
