Renee Prewitt is a ROCKSTAR! Even though we only communicated via email I swear I could feel the smile on her face! Not ever having a custom job like this done I was very unsure of what to do but Renee was patient, walked me through the options, offered professional design services which helped to solve an issue with the formatting I had done myself on Canva. Then once the product was delivered and part of it wasn't completed correctly (pages weren't cut to size after printing), I emailed Renee and it was either the next day or the day after that she sent someone to pick up the wrong items and replace them with the correct replacements. Pain free and a phenomenal finished product!
