Our Team
GARY & CINDY BLASKI
Gary and Cindy have owned and operated Allegra Marketing Print Mail since 1986. Starting out of a storefront with some basic equipment, we have grown the business beyond printing to include mailing, signage, promotional products and much more. We have acquired state-of-the-art equipment to handle any type of needs our clients may have. We are very proud of the team of professionals we have assembled and enjoy working with them very much. You will too!
Outside of work, we enjoy touring the country on our motorcycles, serving at our church, and spending time with friends and family, especially our 13 grandchildren.
KATIE SCHULTE
My name is Katie and I have been in the printing & graphics industry for over 17 years. I joined the Allegra team in 2013 as an Account Manager. I am dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients and am a pro at leveraging my time management and organizational skills to deliver on this aspect at all times.
Outside of work I enjoy exploring the great outdoors particularly if there are mountains involved; and I live for live music, family, and friends.
DANIELLE KOWAL
I have been in the printing industry in some form or another for over 25 years. I started out doing handwork over summer vacation in high school, then learned how to screen print and also how to run digital offset presses. Many of my family have also worked in printing. When not working, I enjoy riding my motorcycle and hanging out with family, friends, and my dog and 2 cats.
ERIC BLAZQUEZ
I’m a graphic designer with a passion for print. I have 10+ years of print industry experience including short run digital, large run offset, large format, and packaging. I’m just as comfortable designing POP displays and vehicle wraps as I am operating production equipment. My knowledge in print is always growing with new printing processes, trends, and innovative design concepts.
When not working, you can always find me at my computer at home playing video games or chasing my daughter through the house trying to convince her to put on her left shoe.

DANI HILL
Hi, I'm Dani. I've been with Allegra since 2021. I started out working in the bindery department, learning the details of finishing projects and preparing them for our clients. I soon moved up into the digital production side of things, where I've learned to run multiple digital machines, working more closely on details of design and production. Outside of work, I'm a very proud mom of 4. I am also a cheerleading coach for a local junior high school. I love sharing my passion for teamwork and spirit! I also am, most definitely a coffee enthusiast, so you'll rarely catch me without a cup in hand!
MICHAEL TARPINIAN
Michael Tarpinian has spent his career embracing innovation in the printing industry. At just 27, he opened his own franchise printshop in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, in 1989. While many in the industry were skeptical of digital advancements, he saw the future early—transitioning his business from traditional printing presses to cutting-edge digital technology. Under his leadership, the shop evolved into a premier provider of printing and marketing services, rebranding as Allegra in 1997. Michael also prioritized environmental responsibility, implementing recycling programs and reducing hazardous materials in the printing process. He helped launch the Print/Replant program, which donates funds to replant forests for every sheet of paper printed by the Allegra franchise. After more than three decades as a business owner, Michael closed his shop in August 2023 and joined Allegra Marketing, Print & Mail in Carol Stream, Illinois. He continues to bring his expertise in high-quality printing and customer service to the team, working alongside a longtime colleague—his new boss, whom he has known since 1989. Outside of work, Michael enjoys discovering overlooked films, taking long weekend walks with his dog, planning vacations with his wife, and listening to podcasts. He is also an avid reader with a passion for biographies, business books, thrillers, and American history.
Kacper Sobotka
My name is Kacper; I received my degree in graphic design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Previously, I did CNC operations at the Interior Branding department for a Signage shop before moving to Allegra. I enjoy the process of taking digital media and turning them into physical products that I and others can enjoy. What I enjoy the most at work is tinkering with machinery and finding ways to implement new technologies in areas that others tend to ignore. In my free time, I like to create digital illustrations or 3D models. When I am not in front of a computer, I like to hike on a path in the forest preserves, enjoying the calm sounds of nature.
