Somehow, the order that I requested last December did not get process until this December. The order somehow fell through the cracks. Crystal had sent me a "you haven't placed an order in so long" email and I responded by attaching a pdf of a signature to create a new signature stamp. It fell off my radar until my employee asked about her stamp, and I went through my emails and found it and resent it. Crystal then told me that Paul does the orders and provided me with Paul's email address.
