Sales Account Manager
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping local businesses succeed.
This is a relationship-focused position supporting businesses, schools, and organizations throughout the White Mountains. Every day brings new opportunities to help customers with printing, signs, marketing materials, direct mail, and promotional products.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and enjoys becoming a trusted resource for customers. Success in this role comes from building relationships, communicating clearly, and following through on commitments.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Show Low, AZ with an established local business.
No previous print industry experience is required. We value strong communication, organization, and customer service skills and are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts
- Prospect and follow up with new business leads
- Meet with clients in person, by phone, and by email
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams
- Gather complete and accurate project information
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, office administration, banking, hospitality, or related fields preferred
- Clean driving record
- Background and drug screening required
