Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life through compelling visual content.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in creating print-ready designs for a variety of formats and products. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team and clients. You’ll be responsible for creating designs that align with our clients' branding, while ensuring the final artwork meets our production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, print-ready designs for brochures, business cards, packaging, banners, and other promotional materials
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into visually appealing designs
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are properly formatted for printing (CMYK, DPI, bleed settings, etc.)
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion within deadlines
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques
- Review and revise designs based on feedback, ensuring a seamless revision process
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a print or creative agency setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience preparing files for print and knowledge of print production processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large-format printing or packaging design
- Knowledge of web design and digital media is a plus
