Matt Whitely and the secretary that answered the phone were amazing. This was our first time using you all for our graduation program. We switched because you all could meet our quick turnaround timeline. Unfortunately, we caught mistakes after we sent our final proof and ended up needing two reprints. I called in a panic the first time and the secretary was so great. She just said "let me see what we can do" and we will get right back to you. They not only printed it the second time but then had to stop the second print to do the third. Needless to say it was incredibly embarrassing to have to request the reprints, but the whole time they just had a "can do" attitude. The finished product looked great and still was delivered earlier than I expected the original order. Very pleased with the product and customer service!
