I chose satisfied (instead of very satisfied) only because of the wait times, we are always looking for the fastest turn around times as possible. In the perfect world, we would be able to get the labels we order next day but I understand everything takes time. Your service is usually very quick, quicker than most even but ideally we would get the labels we order sooner.
