The customer service representative who helped me went above & beyond in her service! The PDF file for my document had been inadvertently deleted from my flash drive by a staff member, so I called to see if Allegra still had my document on file from my last printing job. She immediately located it & emailed it to be revised before I had more pads printed. Then the new pads were printed very quickly. Quality work & superb service!!!
