- What information do you need from me to get started?
- To develop a quote, Annie will ask for your company size, the general nature of your project, and the main goals you’d like to address.
- Depending on the project, Annie will conduct a 30-60 minute introductory call where you will be asked about the relevant details of your company, goals, and project.
- Can you come to my shop in person?
- Annie is based in Maryland/Pennsylvania and may be available to travel to locations in NYC metro area, NJ, Delaware, Baltimore/DC metro, and eastern Pennsylvania. Inquire for details and pricing.
- How many hours per week are you available?
- My schedule can be flexible to meet the specific needs of your project. During our introductory call, we can go over specific scheduling needs. Recurring weekly commitments can range from 5-10 hours/week
- Will you keep my information confidential?
- Yes. Your company information, market conditions, employee positions, and processes will be held in the highest confidence. They will not be discussed with anyone, not even Allegra Baltimore leadership, except pricing and billing information for the sole purpose of invoicing.
- If I feel a situation or anecdote would be helpful to others, I will request your permission before anonymizing and sharing it, and will only do so with your blessing.
PRICING
- Projects will be quoted based on scope of project and estimated time to complete
- Hourly work $150 per hour
- Monthly retainers starting at $600/month which includes 5 hours of recurring project management, but can be scaled up to meet your Company’s specific needs
