Customer Service Representative 

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers, either on the phone or in person. They also handle all phone orders and inquiries. This person will also run jobs on the high‐speed copiers and work with self‐service customers. Their main job function is to work with customers to understand and satisfy their printing, copying, signage, and other graphic‐related needs. 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • Experience in sales or customer service and/or experience in printing or graphic arts industries. 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience on digital color and black & white copiers. 
  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms. 
  • Good math skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements. 
  • Strong attention to details, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems. 
  • Good sense of design and color. 
  • Must be computer literate and current on new technology. 
  • Must be hardworking, a self‐starter and a problem solver. 
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Exceptional phone and customer service skills. 
  • Positive and upbeat attitude. 
  • Meet or exceed minimum test results as specified by the Hiring Manager. 
  • Ability to move freely throughout the building to gather information, materials and authorizations. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

Customer Sales and Service 

  1. Sell services to customers. 
  2. Computer entry of customer job specifications. 
  3. Handling cash and credit sales. 
  4. Answer phones promptly. 
  5. Phone Sales with assigned Customer List. 
  6. Run jobs on the high‐speed copier. 
  7. Assist and educate customers on self‐serve copiers and fax. 
  8. Call customers as orders are ready. 
  9. File customer artwork. 

 Front Counter Inventory of Supplies: 

  1. Maintain computer and front counter supplies. 
  2. Maintain promotional materials (jobstuffers). 

 Copier Supplies and Materials: 

  1. Maintain self‐serve copier supplies and paper. 
  2. Maintain high‐speed copier supplies and paper. 
  3. Daily cleaning of all copiers. 

Account Manager

Position Summary: 

We are currently seeking an energetic, self-starter and customer-focused account manager to assist in servicing the needs of our existing customers while also developing relationships with new businesses. 

The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following daily activities: 

  • Sales support for our outside sales team and our owners 
  • Managing assigned projects throughout the production process to ensure complete customer satisfaction 
  • Customer research and proposal preparation 
  • Assisting with target marketing campaigns and lead generation activities 

What We Are Looking For: 

Experience and Skills 

  • 4 year college degree and/or equivalent experience 
  • At least 3-5 years of Outside Business-to-Business sales support and/or office experience 
  • Proven successful customer service and/or account management track record servicing a variety of business types 
  • Experience in direct marketing, digital and/or local advertising sales or as an advertising agency account coordinator or administrator a plus 
  • A ‘real world’ understanding of the variety of marketing options for small businesses and their strengths and uses is preferred 
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong customer follow-up skills 
  • Computer Literate with proficiency in MS Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and the Internet for research 
  • Detail-Oriented with the ability to follow-up on tasks  
  • Experience tracking customer data in CRM, weekly call and activity logging 
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record and dependable transportation 

What You’ll Do 

Position Responsibilities 

  • Account support for key accounts of owners and outside sales representatives 
  • New business development support via identifying and qualifying new prospects 
  • Incorporate up-selling and/or cross-selling of core products and services in combination with, marketing services opportunities or in a stand-alone fashion, as may be applicable for each client or prospect opportunity 
  • Build strong, positive relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Follow-up on all quotes within the established timeframes 
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity call logs and actual-to-target status reports. 
  • Open and available for ongoing training/education from both self-study and corporate training 
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up 
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
