I first called the Bradenton office to do a sign for me. But someone dropped the ball and I was told that the deisgner was not in that week. So I asked if Sarasota office could handle it and they said "yes", but the Bradenton office never contacted your office in Sarasota. So when i called to see if it was ready, they knew nothing about this order, which I already paid for! So it all worked out but I just wanted you to know that I expected this sign sooner, but recieved it later than expected. And I was the one that made it happen at the end. Thank you!
