I was having a print done of an original painting and never done anything like this. And the artist is my partner who died 07/05/24. So this was especially important to me. I needed a vertical retractable banner and needed to order it within a week in order for it to arrive in time for my convention. I had to call a few times before someone got back to me. I really needed help with the design though, and by the time the graphic designer got back to me we didn't have much time to discuss what I needed. She made a few changes to my draft but I really needed someone to work with me to create a really good design, and she didn't offer that. I guess I expected her to say, "Ok, we could do this, and I could do that, and you should have this here instead", etc. I ended up using a family member to get a great design, and the final product Allegra sent me was perfect. However, i had expected a more upfront offer of help and what Allegra could do for me. It was a bit of a confusing process. However, I'm very pleased with the final product, and the people I spoke with were very nice and tried to be helpful.

Not only did Clancy take regularly good care of me, but in fact helped put a rush on my order of business cards...I'd been working with another local company on this print job for months and they could not get the colors right. You guys got it right on the first try (converting RGB to CYMK shouldn't really be that hard...I don't know why they, the supposed professionals of printing, couldn't figure it out!) after the other place gave me several proofs with completely wrong coloring and were charging me an arm and a leg for them. Then, the day they were finally done and I was supposed to pick them up a few hours before my event, I had a stressful morning and spaced this errand...realizing my mistake 15 minutes after you closed on Friday. When I jumped in the car and rushed over hoping against hope someone would be there, one of your associates had stayed late for myself and another customer to make a late pickup. I was so stoked! Thank you.
