Improving the process with getting proofs that we send over for our start of care booklets approved much faster and with the corrected pages where they need. Following up with our team to make sure that things are in place daily until this is done, especially with an important task like the start of care books getting completed by a certain time. The price of the start of care books is way too high for our company budget at this time as well. Other than that everything is great with the quality of the business cards and are handouts that we have for marketing. Jodi and Candi are exceptional assets to your team and she's always on point and does whatever it takes to try to help us and correct any issues that may arise from other areas. Our school has been using Allegra for probably 10 years or more. The work is outstanding,, there’s always such special one on one communication and checking before the product is even run. I get to approve the product. I get to check what it will look like. We have never had any product that had to be changed or redone. As far as the staff, I can’t say enough good things starting at the very front desk Kandy is an absolute dream to deal with. I wish everyone greeted us from other companies was half as good as Kandy. She is always so present and so helpful in every way that you could ask for. Then there’s Jen absolutely the most wonderful sweetest person always kind always comes out to speak. If she’s not busy working on a project she’ll come out to say hello which is rare nowadays. Jen‘s work is great. I’ve never had to change anything that she’s had done for me. When sending out our donation cards, the wrong zipcode was used, and although I understand the post office is supposed to use a bar code and not the actual address, when we send out thank you notes, we use the addresses on these cards. this is making for extra work on our end to look up the zip codes in order to send the thank you cards. It is disappointing that Allegra does not see that this is an actual issue.
