The Rita's ducks I ordered are awesome! As a Jeeper, I have been handing them out to fellow Jeepers who come through my drive-thru. The word is catching on, and Jeepers are sending other Jeepers to Rita's to get the "limited edition" duck. I couldn't be happier! The only constructive feedback I can give is that during the checkout process it was not easy to change the shipping address from the billing address. It kept reverting back to the billing address, and even after I finally had the info updated, the box was still sent to the billing address. Luckily no one stole the box that was sitting out in the open before someone arrived and retrieved it. Overall, I will use this printing shop again and I love to support local, even if I'm 3/4 of the country away!

My order was for 400 quarter sheet flyers, as shown in my January 28th email. When I picked them up they were half sheet flyers. Kristiana offered to re-do them with a 10% or 15% discount. I could not wait for them to be completed and I did not want to make a second trip to your store and I didn't think it was fair that I should have to pay a second time for the job. I did okay the artwork over an email, it is true. I didn't see that the size had been changed by your staff. The flyers are to be placed on a cashier's desk so customers can pick them up at check-out. The half sheet fliers take up too much space and the nurseries are reluctant to put them out. I also had already paid the invoice. I wondered about the cost being more than before but everything costs more these days.
