My order was for 400 quarter sheet flyers, as shown in my January 28th email. When I picked them up they were half sheet flyers. Kristiana offered to re-do them with a 10% or 15% discount. I could not wait for them to be completed and I did not want to make a second trip to your store and I didn't think it was fair that I should have to pay a second time for the job. I did okay the artwork over an email, it is true. I didn't see that the size had been changed by your staff. The flyers are to be placed on a cashier's desk so customers can pick them up at check-out. The half sheet fliers take up too much space and the nurseries are reluctant to put them out. I also had already paid the invoice. I wondered about the cost being more than before but everything costs more these days.

Small job, handled quickly. Mild technological problem—entirely our own fault—and Allegra spotted it and fixed it, without additional chargers. We had a rather short deadline, much shorter than I would have liked. Allegra didn't come even vaguely close to the deadline. If our work had gotten lost in transit, there was even time to redo It again from scratch—that's how far ahead o the deadline they were!

This was my first time buying any promotional banner from any company, so I went into it not knowing what to expect. Also, not wanting to take any chances, I contracted with one of your competitors. To be blunt about it, I just had a better experience with them. You made me pay in full as a deposit prior to starting the design work. With them, I paid after the work was completed.
