If your organization is exempt from sales tax in the State of Nevada, please provide proof of your exemption by uploading the appropriate documentation using the form below. Acceptable proof of exemption includes:

• Nevada Resale Certificate
• Current certificate or letter from the State of Nevada granting sales tax exemption status

Please note that IRS letters or other documents are not accepted as proof of sales tax exemption in the State of Nevada.
