THE FOOTPRINT FUND ®

The leadership team at Allegra Marketing Print Mail at the Tampa East location has a passion for giving and serving in our local community. As founders and leaders of a not-for-profit organization themselves, they know the challenges service organizations face.  In an effort to expand our reach to support those who serve the disadvantaged, the FootPrint Fund has been established to allow organizations to apply for grants to promote their programs and extend their marketing communications.  

Allegra’s FootPrint Fund grants have a maximum value of up to $1,000 per awarded organization, per year. Organizations may receive services in the amount requested or a lower amount based on the number of applicants and the decision of the board each year.  Services provided include marketing strategy, graphic design, printing, bindery, mailing services, event signage, apparel and promotional items.

The FootPrint Fund is available to any nonprofit group or charitable organization serving in Hillsborough County that meets the selection criteria. 

Applications are received all year long and are reviewed on a semiannual basis by a panel of representatives from Allegra Marketing.  Organizations should not assume they will receive an award until they have been notified in writing.   Organizations are eligible to receive an award annually and that award should be used within that and the following year.  Organizations are encouraged to reapply once a year. Our passion is to serve the community’s children, schools, public health, and families in crisis. However, any service organization may apply for a grant.

Award recipients are selected based upon how the marketing, print, and sign services will be used to further the organization’s goals, including:

• Service expansion – Use of print and marketing communications services to contribute to expanding an organization’s awareness or existing service projects.
• Program enhancements – Use of print and marketing communications services to promote new programs or projects.
• Leveraged efforts – Use of print and marketing communications services to increase the impact of other existing resources.

Serving others is a core value of what we do at Allegra Marketing Print Mail.   We hope our FootPrint Fund will help local nonprofit service organizations to leave “footprints” in our community of lasting change thru increased awareness and visibility.

Application deadline is October 18^th each year for grants which expire December 1^st of the following year.
