Josef was great to work with, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and was patient with all the adjustments we had to make. The laser engraving on the Tumblrs scratched off which left a gold colour behind them instead of the silver stainless steel, we probably wouldn't order those items again but were satisfied with all the other products.
