Owner/President | Prepress, Production
Nancy runs the show and she's been doing it since 1982, without her the whole operation would crumble. With over 30 years experience, there's nothing she hasn't seen in the print industry! Nancy is also the last known layout designer that prefers Pagemaker over InDesign (at least its not Quark). When she's not keeping Dave in line at the shop she loves spending time with friend's and family.
Owner/Vice-President | Sales & Marketing
Dave opened his first print shop wayyyy back in 1981 and is still going strong today. Dave has his hands in all aspects of the business whether we like it or not! To be fair, he is good at what he does! When Dave isn't taking over the world by way of print, he's probably taking his queen out to dinner or chasin' his grand kids around.
Digital Production Diva
Fan favorite Michelle joined the squad in 1998 with the intentions of becoming a graphic designer but got forced into doing everything else, we do mean EVERYTHING else. She still gets to design in-between running the digital center, ordering paper and handling customer concerns. When she's not cranking out high-quality print, you can find Michelle snug on her couch enjoying an ice-cold beverage.
Sign Division Manager
Jeremy officially joined the team in 2000 but you could say he's been in the print industry since birth. All mailing, vehicle graphics, banners, and signs go through Jeremy. He also fixes the computers and monitors the daycare! Hallelujah! When Jeremy isn't sweating under the Arizona sun doing a vehicle wrap install, he enjoys a fine bourbon and the company of his family.
Administrative Assistant | Bookkeeping
Sandi was forced into the business in 2006. She helps with administrative roles and keeps Uncle Sam out of our pockets. With almost 10 years of experience running our books, Sandi is a vital asset to the squad. When she isn't crunching numbers and telling Dave to tone down the spending, you can find Sandi enjoying time with her two daughters and husband Jeremy.
Lead Bindery Specialist
Chris is our lead bindery specialist and has been at Allegra of Tucson since 1993. On top of being a master machine operator, Chris helps out with the sign division when he isn't handling a hefty chunk of the bindery work as well as operating our big beastly finger chopper in the back (paper cutter). When he's not risking his appendages for Allegra, you can find Chris cruisin' the trails on his velocipede.
Leslie is our super friendly and knowledgeable account manager and inside sales representative. If you've worked with us since 2013 there's a great chance you've met Leslie. With 30+ years' experience, Leslie may be the most knowledgeable print professional in Tucson.
Carissa is our go-getting account manager. She provides special customer service to clients over the phone and in store. She loves ice-cold sugary horchatas in the early morning hours on a warm day. When sh'es not being special at Allegra, she enjoys spending time with her domesticated carnivorous mammals.
James has loved art since even before he can remember (it runs in the family). He has spent the last 18 years obsessing over Design and Illustration work while hunched over at his computer. After graduating with an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design from Yavapai College, he went on to complete his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Communication from The University of Arizona.
Richard has been working in the design field for over 15 years. He designed his first logo for a local Tucson company at the age of 25. After that he decided that was the career he wanted to pursue and continued honing his skills by designing album covers, vehicle wraps, and business cards (to name a few) for other local businesses. He spends his free time playing sports and watching Marlon Brando movies. He graduated from the Art Institute in 2015 with Honors with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design. He also wants everyone to know that he is not a big fan of clowns.
Sign Production | Vehicle Wrap Specialist
Eric Robles is the son of the late Eddie Robles and is a second generation sign maker and Tucson native. He started working in his father's sign shop, Signs and Neon, at the age of 13. Eddie Robles had a deep passion for art, neon, and signs, and now Eric has continued his father's legacy in the sign field; now adding vehicle wraps to his talents, which he is also teaching to his very own son. Eric's love and passion for his hometown and sign-making is what sets him apart from the rest. His bay door is always open for anyone to come and watch and learn a thing or two; and Burritos are always welcome. When Eric is not working, he is at home watching wrap videos or at a Diamondbacks game with his son.
