JC has been in the printing business in Reno for more than 30 years. In that time, the shop he founded has evolved from a simple copy shop to a full-service marketing resource center with specialties in high-quality printing, mailing, variable data and more. JC has always had an interest in technology and that has influenced Allegra greatly. We use the latest technology to work with our customers to achieve their goals. JC's expertise includes graphics, variable data, mailing, and, of course, general shop management. JC's personal interests include golf and photography.
Debra has been with Allegra for more than 20 years. As a Native Nevadan, she started in our digital printing department and bindery. She then moved up to Account Manager due to her outstanding customer service skills. In fact, Debra has been named one of the top ten Account Managers in the Allegra network for the last five years. Although she wears many hats, her passion is customer service.
Bob is responsible for making everything happen on time and as needed. He has been with Allegra more than 12 years. Previous experience includes management at Marriott where he worked in the food service division.
Jessica joined the Allegra team in November 2017 to help promote new sales and provide customer service. This has rapidly evolved into a multifaceted position involving customer service, account management, marketing, and many other odd jobs that may need to be taken on. Jessica prides herself in providing a five-star customer experience, winning a Silver medal in the Allegra network for sales in 2018 and was among the top 30 salespeople in the Allegra network. She is determined to hit Gold in sales for 2019 as well as get into the top 10. Jessica has been in many different industries and has a wide breadth of experience in sales, technology, marketing, design, and branding. When she is not at work she enjoys drawing, reading, playing video games, and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Mason and Dixie (pun intended).
