Responsibilities:

  • Collating/Assembly
  • Packaging
  • Shrink Wrapping
  • Additional light bindery responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds. 
  • Must be able to work day shift.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be a self-starter and able to take direction to complete jobs on time, with accuracy and quality.

Full Time Estimator / Customer Service Representative

 

Allegra Naples is a growing marketing services provider with a strong emphasis on offset and digital printing located in southwest Florida and has an immediate opening and for a full-time experienced estimator/customer service representative.

Responsibilities:

The Estimator/Customer Service Representative will work closely with Sales Account Managers, clients and suppliers creating estimates from specifications gathered using company estimating software.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years industry experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Strong organization skills and time management
  • Knowledge of graphic design and print production
  • Knowledge of variable data and mailing procedures
  • Knowledge of promotional products and wide format
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of scheduling and invoicing
  • Team oriented and dependable.
  • Manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and help in other areas

Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant 

The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant works with the Allegra Naples management team members in recording, reconciling and auditing accounting data, filing, handling special projects, and working with customers.

 

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist accountant in recording, reconciling and auditing accounting data in accounting and industry-specific software
  • Prepare and disburse payments to vendors
  • Post transactions involving receipts, disbursements and/or accounts payable and receivable to ledger accounts.
  • Properly code charges for posting cost/expenses.
  • Assists the owner in the preparation of financial statements, cost reports and bank reconciliations as needed.
  • Match receivers with invoices and resolving discrepancies
  • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
  • Assist office staff in office operations.
  • Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Knowledge of accounting theory, principles and practices; knowledge of accounting terminology; knowledge of financial record keeping and reporting
  • Flexible, with the ability to work in a highly demanding, stressful environment.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Excel. Language Skills
  • Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
