Many of you have been wondering whether we are still fulfilling orders amidst the current Covid-19 pandemic which has caused severe disruptions to daily lives across the world. We'd just like to let everyone know that our team at Allegra South Burnaby are all well and our customer service team is fully operational while working from their homes and also following CDC standards on site. The safety of our employee is first, but we also know we play a key role within the supply chain of critical good such as foods.
The health and safety of our employees and customers are taken very seriously. We have very strict measures in place at our printing facilities and offices to ensure that we do our part to stop the spread of the virus whilst fulfilling your important orders as professionally and quickly as possible, which you have come to rely on us for.
We are asking that any new orders be placed via email or telephone call. We will also call to arrange pickups or delivery of orders. We will all be monitoring all our emails remotely so that we can continue to serve our customers as efficiently as possible.
