If you\u2019re considering purchasing a franchise, you should look for a franchisor that supports you in every stage of business development. A good franchisor plays the following roles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brand Developer \u2013 The franchisor develops and builds a brand and a business model proven to be successful. If you want to be a successful franchisee, you\u2019ll need to accept the following roles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Property Manager \u2013 Whether you lease or buy your office, you\u2019ll be responsible for paying the rent and maintaining the property and any equipment you need to run your business.<\/li><li>Employer \u2013 The operations of most franchises will require you to have at least one employee. You\u2019ll be responsible for hiring, training, and managing them.<\/li><li>Financial Manager \u2013 You\u2019ll be in charge of all financial decisions.
